Urban renewal built around everyday community life.The Qalyoub project documents the transformation of Bahary Sekka Hadid through major civil and public-realm works. Original project footage records active construction, including excavation, reinforced-concrete works and street preparation, followed by paving and improvement of the surrounding urban environment. The wider programme included canal covering, interlock paving of internal streets, landscaping and beautification, together with community facilities such as a children’s garden and library.

تطوير حضري يضع احتياجات المجتمع في قلب المشروع.يوثق مشروع بحري السكة الحديد بمدينة قليوب مراحل تنفيذ أعمال تطوير متكاملة، بدءًا من أعمال الحفر والإنشاءات الخرسانية وتجهيز الطرق، وصولًا إلى الرصف وتحسين البيئة العمرانية المحيطة. وشمل نطاق المشروع تغطية الترعة، ورصف الشوارع الداخلية ببلاط الإنترلوك، وأعمال تنسيق وتجميل الموقع، إلى جانب مرافق مجتمعية تضم حديقة للأطفال ومكتبة لخدمة أهالي المنطقة.
